We grade our pre-owned gaming goods based on:

3. How can I see the condition of pre-owned products before buying online?

All product images on our website are exact representations of the specific items listed. If we have multiple versions of the same product, each listing will include its own set of images showing the exact item you’re purchasing. 2. Are some of your products age-restricted?

Yes, some games have age restrictions based on BBFC or PEGI ratings, which indicate the suitability of content such as violence or sexual themes. It is illegal to purchase or attempt to buy age-rated titles if underage or on behalf of someone underage.

  • BBFC Ratings: U (All ages), PG (Parental guidance), 12, 15, 18

  • PEGI Ratings: 3, 7, 12, 16, 18

3. Do your items come with instructions?

As we deal with pre-owned goods, we cannot guarantee that instructions will be included with every item. Here’s a quick guide:

  • Games, Consoles, Accessories, and Collectibles: Instructions may be included depending on the item's grade.

4. Are all items sold in their original boxes?

As we deal with pre-owned goods, not all items will be boxed. Here's a quick guide:

  • Optical Media (Gaming CD's): All games are sold boxed.

  • Consoles: May be boxed, depending on their grade.

  • Collectibles: Most collectibles come boxed, but there may be exceptions. Grading will reflect this.
