Grading Guide

​We carefully inspect and grade all pre-owned products based on their condition. Please review the grading details before purchasing, as cosmetic wear does not affect functionality.
 

Brand new

Brand new and factory sealed. Never opened, never used. Packaging may show minor signs of shelf wear.

Refurbished
Professionally restored to full functionality. Has been tested and certified for reliability.
 

S - Superior

Appears unused with no major cosmetic flaws (no significant scratches, dents, etc.). Includes original packaging and accessories unless otherwise noted. May show slight signs of handling from storage.
 

A - Excellent

Light signs of use (minor scratches or wear visible under close inspection). Fully functional with all essential features working as intended. Original packaging and accessories may be missing but are not required for functionality.
 

B - Very Good

Moderate signs of use (visible scratches, minor dents, or signs of wear). Fully functional, but some non-essential features may show wear. May come in generic packaging and may not include original accessories.
 

C - Good

Clearly used with noticeable wear (scratches, dents, or worn buttons). Fully functional but has cosmetic flaws. Accessories and original packaging are not guaranteed.
